Such a good hotel. It would get cleaned every day and the cleaning lady was super nice and good at her job. All stuff were really nice and polite. The breakfast was really good and you had many many options to choose from. The food in the hotel was really nice and we ordered many times and really liked it. It’s close to the beach and in a nice location. We 100% recommend this hotel! Also, the last day we had a confusion with taxis (because of the company’s fault) and the hotel staff came out and helped to solve the problem and we are really thankful for this!

Restaurant staff were amazing (my warmest regards to Zuleyha!), as well as receptionist Ali! Breakfast and food in the restaurant for lunch were extremely delicious. Hotel location was nice, room itself small but quite comfortable. Overall, me and my mom had a pleasant experience in the hotel, but some things need to be improved to make the experience for the guests great.

I recently stayed at the Hildergarde Hotel in Alanya, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you're in the mood for local Turkish cuisine or international dishes, the hotel’s restaurants deliver with high quality and flavor.The beach was another highlight—clean, beautiful, and just a short walk from the hotel. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. I also can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable.Overall, Hildergarde Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in Alanya.

The hotel is in the center of Alanya, everything is near. The room was clean,, the receptioner was really kind. Everything was excellent.

Great hotel and great location, very close to Cleopatra beach, you had to walk around 5 minutes to get there. Regarding the parking, if you come by car, you can park it in front of the hotel. The design of the hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were very beautiful and tasteful. Wifi worked very good. The staff was very nice, especially the kitchen/restaurant staff, it was a pleasure to meet them. By the way, they had a restaurant with tasty food, such as pizza, doner, pasta etc. and the prices were very good too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Stylish and well designed. Really outstanding compared to other hotels in whole alanya. Great location. Only a few minutes away from Kleopatra beach, the best beach in the town. Good breakfast.everything was fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. You won’t have a problem in communication, because everyone speaks English there. swimming pool. I was amazed how they made such a good swimming pool in a small location

Large comfy bed Beautiful views from the balcony Very helpful and friendly, professional staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even done some laundry for us at a very reasonable rate. Excellent room cleaning service The shower was broken and this was promptly fixed by the staff, always plenty of hot water. Traditional breakfast Very safe area of Beautiful Alanya and very close to Cleopatra beach Relaxed and chilled atmosphere in the hotel Overall the Hildegard hotel is a really lovely place to stay in Alanya and we will definitely visit again.

It was new, modern, small and quiet. Excellent staff, spreading joy and with humor. Restaurant was great. Pool always on top. Rooms were great.
